Q1. Why do I have reoccurring pain my back and joints?

A1. With any accident or fall, the ligaments around the injury are stretched out of shape and the bones may slip out of alignment. If the bones of the injured joint are not corrected the ligaments, discs and muscles adapt to the distortion or misalignment of the spine or a joint. The ligaments, discs and muscles gradually become weaker over time and the old spinal and joint injuries (which usually begin during childhood) begin to irritate the nerves which progressively flare up causing pain and predisposition to further injury.

Q2. What exercises can I do for my back?

A2. Easy stretching exercises and walking. Our workshop on back care teaches exactly what a person with spinal or joint injuries may do to strengthen and maintain the alignments of their spine or any joint in their body.

Q3. What should I be eating?

A3. Plenty of vegetables, grains, fruit and supplements - especially minerals. See the section on Nutrition Supplements.

The workshops delivered by our trainers are the result of 30 years of developing and testing self-maintenance techniques. They have been simplified for the lay person to a level that children can understand and apply them. We show you how you can help yourself.

Q5. What are the workshops?

A5. The unique techniques presented in the workshops are a new approach in health care. The workshop is 25% theory and 75% practical. The techniques are not intended to replace your Doctor. These techniques may be done lying on your back, in a sitting or standing position, while you walk or while you jog. These techniques take about two to five minutes to apply and may be done anyplace at any time: at work, home, school, in sports events during the game or wherever you decide. No equipment of any kind is required.
